Introduction & Identity
The State Youth Assembly (SYA), founded in 2013, is a hybrid youth platform combining the spirit of a Mock Parliament, Shadow Cabinet, and Development Organization. It serves as a unique socio-political and economic laboratory where young people learn governance, leadership, and civic responsibility while also driving community-based development and advocacy. SYA nurtures youth leadership, democratic values, and social innovation through experiential learning, policy simulation, and real-life projects. It brings together young leaders from diverse backgrounds, equipping them with the skills, knowledge, and confidence to shape their communities and contribute to national and global progress.
