Learn To Lead
State Youth Assembly established library in Al-Noor Model school locates in rural area of (District Bagh) and another established in Thorar (District Sudhnoti). The objective of this initiative was to provide study environment to youth of both districts, where they could have excess to reading materials, newspapers, magazines, national and international author books on various topics. In addition, the library also equipped with advance computer laboratory, so the students could also have opportunity to learn and polish their computer skills.
Youth Friendly Space
To empower and contest youth issues, State Youth Assembly devised Helpline Service (Muzaffarbad, Poonch and Mirpur) that works 24/7 to responed youth issues in limited span of time. Moreover, Youth friendly Space setup having advance technology with basic necessities including: Fax, Telephone, Printer, Computer & internet facility.
Teacher Training
State Youth Assembly extended its services with the partnership of Saliqa Foundation and carried out series of Teacher Professional Development Trainings in rural areas of Azad Jammu Kashmir. Under the project more than 50 teachers were trained and considering their commitment and dedication three teachers were awarded “Best Teacher Award”.
Clean And Green Campaign
State Youth Assembly is committed to protect and keep the environment clean/ green. Having mentioned objective, the SYA carried out “Clean and Green Campaign” in different locations. Through this campaign awareness about environment care was raised. The government of AJK highly valued it and replicated the same model of campaign in AJK.Clean and green campaign
